Warranty Coverage

Clean Marine Canada provides a comprehensive warranty on all BlueForce-labeled parts, covering both parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that any BlueForce product purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is one year from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required to validate the warranty.

What is Covered
  • All BlueForce-labeled parts

  • Labor costs for repairing or replacing defective parts

What is Not Covered
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Any modifications or alterations to the product

  • Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Us: If you experience any issues with a BlueForce product, contact Clean Marine Canada at 416-639-7222. Please have your proof of purchase available.

Evaluation: Our customer service team will evaluate the issue and determine if it is covered under the warranty.

Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered, we will either repair the defective part or replace it with a new or refurbished part at no cost to you. Labor for repairs will also be covered.

Customer Responsibilities
  • Properly maintain and care for the product

  • Use the product according to the manufacturer’s guidelines

  • Provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Clean Marine Canada for BlueForce-labeled parts. It supersedes any other warranties or guarantees, whether oral or written. Clean Marine Canada’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, including labor costs directly related to the repair of the parts. However, this warranty does not cover:

  • Labor costs associated with the removal and reinstallation of parts

  • Shipping or storage costs related to the warranty claim

  • Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product

Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this warranty policy will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
